GMI Technology Inc. (Public, TPE: 3312) today announced that their board of directors and shareholders have approved a stock share dividend. The dividend payment will be 1.00 NTD per share (9.0% at the time of approval) and will be distributed August 15, 2012. Dividend is to be issued to all shareholders on record as of July 09, 2012. This is the third consecutive year that G.MI. has issued a dividend to their shareholders.
